Erika Bonilla, MS, is a Senior Research Associate with 20 years of experience in the field of public health research. She has served as a project director, task lead, operations manager, and lead researcher on both qualitative and quantitative evaluation efforts. Her expertise includes study planning, materials development, subject recruitment, usability and cognitive testing, management of survey operations (single and multimode), training development, supervision of large study teams, analysis, and preparation of study reports. Bonilla has directed and managed studies for SSA, USDA, CDC, and NCI, among other federal agencies.
